Rackhaus is a small workshop focused on practical home networking, storage, and self-hosted infrastructure that goes beyond what your ISP offers. The goal is simple: better technology without needing to become a system administrator.

We believe capable technology should be accessible to ordinary people. Whether you're planning a home network upgrade, exploring self-hosted services, or simply trying to understand what's possible beyond the equipment supplied by your internet provider, Rackhaus aims to provide practical guidance and thoughtfully designed systems without unnecessary complexity.

Rackhaus is based in South-East Queensland and operates on a small, workshop-style basis. Systems are designed to be understandable, recoverable, and practical to own long after they leave the workshop. Where possible, the focus is on repairable and upgradeable technology intended to remain useful for many years.
